When it comes to exercise, it can be hard for patients to know which advice to trust, how to get started and how to stick with it. Refer your patients to an easy-to-follow Personal Walking Plan that will help them be more active, healthier and happier in just six weeks.

Our plans are more than information on how and when to exercise. Over the six weeks, we’ll help your patients experience pleasure in movement and connect with what’s going on in the world around them and to truly discover their love for walking. The plans are personalised based on the current physical activity levels and include weekly emails, motivational SMSs, a two-way SMS chat feature for extra support, and resource downloads to track progress.
